5 for Friday 2.26.16

TGIF!  I'm linking up with Doodlebugs Teaching for another 5 for Friday!

I created a fun new product for March!  Leprechaun in the Classroom is an exciting way to encourage good behavior in March.  This pack comes with a journal, several writing activities, a center, and a few more goodies!  You don't even need to have a plush leprechaun to use this pack!  Click the cover to check it out.

I had a sub last week.  I tried this new trick: putting this poster up at the start of the day.  The sub telling the kids they get to put their name on the chart if they are good listeners all day.  I think it worked {according to the sub!}.

And everyone earned a Junie B. Jones bookmark for being good while I was out!

Blake Shelton!  In concert!  Need I say more!?!?!  He was fabulous.

It was SUPER nice out last weekend, so the hubby and I got out the bikes!  We were able to get a good 8 miles in before he got a flat tire...at least spring will be here soon!!!

We started double digit addition this week!  The kids are doing SO well!  I think the fact that we've spent the bulk of our year on addition/subtraction has really helped them.

Have a great weekend!

PS-Have you signed up for my newsletter yet?????  Do it at the top of my blog's home page to receive monthly newsletters with product updates and FREEBIES!  March's will be coming out this next week!!

I used the sub idea when I was a substitute. The classroom teachers seemed to really enjoy seeing all of the positive behavior she would see as soon as she arrived. Leslie

I love the sub poster idea! I pinned it to my classroom ideas board on Pinterest.
Have a great weekend!
