Last week I redeemed my Kroger fuel points and scored gas for $0.94 cents a gallon! Full tank for under $12.00! I had purchased so many gift cards during the promotion!
We had dress up week at school last week and each day was a different holiday theme. Tuesday was "Grinch Day," so naturally I had to squeeze in a craft, festive snack, and movie! I also grabbed those adorable Grinch earrings from a cute online boutique!
I gave my kids their Christmas presents (a book, a white board that I bought off TpT with a marker and eraser, a pencil, and a hand-written Christmas card) on Friday and they LOVED it all, but especially the note and the white board! They were playing school with them during inside recess the day I gave them out. So, so cute!
On Thursday we had our Christmas party which included a prize walk, making Reindeer food, icing a cookie and watching a movie, and making a craft. We also played Christmas BINGO. It was a great time (minus one student projectile vomiting down the entire hallway!) Reindeer food poem can be found here.
The kids made a cute tree ornament to take home to their parents. I've done these in the past, but this year I let my student teacher be in charge of it and she gave them tons of goodies to put on their trees. The finished products turned out adorable. I didn't manage to snap a photo, though! The bottom picture here is an ornament from years' past.
Mr. Wheeler and I went to look at lights last week and below are a few of my favorites!!
