My favorite Fall book is Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert. It's so cute! The kids absolutely love it, too! Each year, we read a poem and make our own leaf men. I send home a letter and a gallon ziplock bag. The kids collect things from nature that they'd like to use to create with. They get their animal laid out how they want on their papers and then I hot glue the materials down. It's a big hit! I just love that idea! A great way to encourage creativity! Will have to check out that book-I'm familiar with her, but not that title.

I love this book too! I have a question about your book bins - where did you get them and do you like them? I am getting ready to revamp my entire library. I am trying to figure out what bins will work best and then I need to create labels. Yikes - a lot of work, but it will be very worth it when I am done!
