Wow! March came in like a lion! We began the month reading "In Like a Lion, Out Like a Lamb." We also had fun with Miss Kindergarten's Lion/Lamb craft pack. I was glad to have her patterns; they are so simple for the kids to trace. I thought it would be fun to bust out the paint! The kids loved it! I made a model for them to see which pieces they needed to paint which colors.
We also did some writing to go along with it. We'll be re-reading "In Like a Lion, Out Like a Lamb" {click the cover to snag this great book!} and doing the noun/verb sort as a review. The writing paper and noun/verb sort can be found below. Enjoy!
