Desk Fairy

I play desk fairy frequently throughout the year.  I use little cards that I leave on the kids' desks.  There are clean desk cards and messy desk cards.  I leave a little surprise on the clean desks.  I play fairy very often at the start of the year to encourage kids to keep their desks clean.  The poster (don't mind my horrible art skills)  hangs in my room, especially at the start of the year.  I was also recently introduced to a cute book, Pigsty, that I will be reading to talk about keeping a tidy desk all year!
