White Boards
To save time and headache, I pre-bag my slates with a washcloth and a dry erase marker. I put the materials in gallon Ziplock bags. Then, when it's time for a word work or math activity that requires a slate, the students quickly get a bag. We talk a lot of "taking the bag on top," and not fighting for certain colors of dry erase markers.

Nice! We use ours constantly so my kids keep theirs but this is a great idea if they don't.
