March Comes In LIKE A LION!

March is here!  Which only means one thing: SPRING!  And maybe spring break, too.....!!!!!!!!  Each March, I love reading aloud In Like a Lion.  It's a fun book that goes along with the old saying: "March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb."  There are so many fun activities that can be done with the book {click the cover to get the book}.  My favorite activities to do with it are searching for nouns and verbs and responding to the text {text to self}.  I also love having my kids make lions and/or lambs.  The lion craft shown below is from Miss Kindergarten.
