New Laminator and Winter Weather

It's the day after Christmas and the snow came a day late in Ohio! I've been snowed in all day.  What better to do than create and laminate!?  When I was given the opportunity to try out this sweet laminator from MyBinding.com, I jumped at the chance! Tarragon was a pleasure to work with and had my products shipped to me in a jiffy!  I had never used a personal laminator until today and boy was I missing out! The plastic is sooo much sturdier than the laminator I use at school...it will surely last longer, too! All I had to do was plug in the laminator, wait a few minutes, and it was ready and hot!  I love the fact that I can do this at home, when I have time.  I find that half the time I go to laminate at school, the machine is out of film, someone is on it, or it's not heated up.

The pictures below show me laminating my latest packet, "Snow Much Fun: Literacy and Math Centers."  I can't wait to bust these out in a few weeks! Be sure to head over to MyBinding.com and take a look around!  I'm off to fix some dinner and grab a cup of hot chocolate! Stay warm, Midwest friends!

Stay warm!

  1. I'm visiting family in Cleveland and i love all te snow we got today! I have a scotch laminator and it works like a dream. Don't know what I'd do without it! And you're right the sheets are a lot sturdier than school :)

  4. Not sure if this is where to leave a comment to win your new pack. On snowy days I love to stay home & drink hot coffee or cocoa and watch Hallmark or Lifetime movies. I especially love not having to be at work in foul weather (and stuck inside with hyper 6 year olds :-) ). Thanks, Carol cpolston3@yahoo.com

  5. We didn't even get a ground covering here. :( Everyone else in the state, but not me! That's okay---save those snow days for mid-January! :)
