Dr. Jean has these same lyrics in her song "Goodbye Friends" (I'm assuming this is where you got the poster from, but I wanted to share in case it wasn't!). We get in a circle, put our arms around the person next to us and sing this song. We also sway. It's super fun and I bawl at the end of the year when we do it for the last time! It's something really special for our class.
